La Thrustmasters ha pubblicato oggi un secondo video di semi-anteprima per mostrare in parte il suo nuovo prodotto che sarà annunciato il 15 Agosto prossimo: a quanto pare si tratta di un nuovo volante con pedaliera con licenza Ferrari e dedicato alla console XBox.

Il video e le immagini che vedete qui sotto ci mostrano in azione il già noto simulatore dinamico della Toyota, ma questa volta la vettura simulata (nonostante l'uso di una scocca di monoposto) è il prototipo ibrido TS030 Le Mans preparato dalla TMG.

Con perfetta puntualità e come preannunciato, la Simracing Hardware ha messo in vendita il nuovo display denominato Monsta: come si può notare da immagini e video di anteprima, si tratta di un display davvero "mostruoso" di ben 37 cm, dal costo di £225.

At 37cm or 14.5 inches long, the Monsta is aptly named! With twin 16 LED shift light arrays, large blue gear indicator, white speedometer, yellow position indicator, red 3 digit display for temps or fuel and a red 6 digit display for timings such as best/last lap or gap to leader etc the 'Monsta' can display all the info you need via a neat, easy to read, colour coded display system.
The monsta requires one USB port and a simple Power supply unit (included) to be plugged in, install the included software and your ready to go. The software is easy to use and will come with a few setup files ready to install, but almost every aspect of the display system can be user configured to display a huge range of data, where you want, when you want, how you want!

Some of you may have seen the Gamepod on our set a while back and we felt it was time to put it on the "Revs scale" like all the rest of the rigs we've tried. Darin Gangi and Shaun Cole put the Evo Pro through it's paces as well as about 20 other sim racers over the course of the last two years. We'll tell you the Pros and Cons and then finally put it on the revs scale.

DEM presenta il cockpit F1 DRS-13

E' con il solito piacere che vi presento il nostro nuovo cockpit da formula DRS-13, a distanza di solo un'anno dal "vecchio" modello abbiamo deciso di rivisitare il nostro Best Seller per renderlo piu' confortevole e piu' funzionale. A prima vista, quello che salta subito all'occhio e la rivisitazione del retro, ora piu' accattivante e slanciato ed il fondo piatto piu' arrotondato per rendere il simulatore a normativa per uso in pubblico, ma le modifiche non finiscono qui', abbiamo pensato anche di rendere l'abitacolo piu' confortevole allargando l'ingresso per rendere la cellula "abitabile" ad un sempre maggior numero di persone.
