La Kunos Simulazioni ha appena annunciato l'arrivo dell'atteso Red Pack per le versioni console di Assetto Corsa: le Rosse Ferrari, già da tempo su PC - Steam, saranno disponibili su Playstation 4 ed XBox One a partire dal 10 Gennaio.

iRacing today announced a partnership that will see the popular online motorsports simulation service create digital models of the German automaker’s iconic race cars, beginning with the recently updated Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (991 II). The new 911 GT3 Cup is employed by customer sports teams to compete in 20 race series organized by Porsche across the globe, like the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany, the GT3 Cup in the USA and the international Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup – making it the world’s most produced and most used GT race car. Now, the 911 GT3 Cup finally arrives in the online racing world. Additional Porsche models will be announced as they become available.

Capisci la vera utilità del laser scan in Assetto Corsa quando hai a che fare con una vettura come la Porsche 908 LH, dove non sei tu che guidi lei, ma il contrario. E allora ogni centimetro di pista diventa fondamentale per arrivare ad un tempo decente (cosa che qui ancora non mi è riuscita ). A quanto pare arriva Babbo Natale anche per gli appassionati di rFactor 2: il team Studio 397 ha infatti appena rilasciato la nuovissima Nissan GT500, vettura molto nota per i suoi successi nel 2013 nel campionato SuperGT GT500.

Ho ho ho, everybody! You didn’t think the elves at Studio 397 forgot, did you?!?! We have a little surprise for our fellow simracers: The iconic Nissan GT500 in all its ferocity is here to bring you some holiday cheer. Let it roar around any track worthy of its insane muscle!
The car, built for the 2013 SuperGT GT500 class, follows in the footsteps of two championship titles for this Nissan GT-R in 2011 and 2012. It is one of the most powerful GT cars out there, with an engine that delivers over 530 bhp at a weight of only 1,100 kg. Optimizations in engine response, even more torque, and better fuel economy make it superior to the previous year’s model. The rear wing and fender with their shark-tooth-shaped design provide downforce while reducing drag as much as possible.

The Nissan GT500 comes to rFactor 2 with four official liveries for you to enjoy. Not much more to say, we’ll let the car speak for itself! It is available from the Steam Workshop here.

Following the Formula RR Jr, Tatuus F4 and the Formula RR 2 we present to you a new addition to our Formula car line up.

The FR3 is an open-wheel racing machine with highly efficient aerodynamics and incredibly performant brakes resulting in very quick laptimes.

It sits in the middle of the Formula RaceRoom ladder and gives you the best of both sides.

You'll need the precision and racecraft of the slower formula cars, and you get the adrenaline and excitement of the faster formula cars.

It is the logical step up from the Tatuus F4 and it will prepare you to take on the F2 class.

All in all the FR3 is a pivotal car to master and a lot of fun to drive at the same time!

The 911 RSR 2017 is not an upgrade of the previous model, but a totally new car. As we want to ensure the best experience possible from this amazing model, we unfortunately need to spend a bit more time on it, meaning it won't be released as part of the Porsche Pack Vol. 3 DLC next week. We know this will come as a disappointment to our community but please be rest assured, the wait will be worth it! However, we wanted to find a way to apologize for the delay…
Since we announced the Porsche Program, we noticed that some players were disappointed with the absence of the 911 Turbo S. Today, we’re pleased to announce that the Porsche Pack Vol. 3 DLC will now include the 911 Turbo S! As for the 911 RSR 2017, this will be available as a FREE upgrade of the Porsche Pack Vol. 3 DLC in January!
In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the thrilling performance of the iconic 911 Turbo S, while we work to complete the 911 RSR 2017. Not only will you have the best ending to 2016, but we’ll kick start 2017 with an incredible car!
