Ma se hanno sempre copiato gli altri!!!!  Sono sempre gli ultimi a far uscire qualcosa e hanno una linea di volanti che è praticamente identica da anni. Peggio di loro c'è solo Logitech ma che almeno ha il pregio di aver reso disponibile a tutti la tecnologia Force feedback dopo che Microsoft ha smesso di produrre il Sidewinder.

Dopo una serie di teaser, Thrustmaster ha annunciato oggi che il suo nuovo volante direct drive sarà svelato il 17 novembre 2022. Una base direct drive è caratterizzata dal piantone sterzo montato sul motore senza alcuna interferenza da parte di elementi aggiuntivi, come cinghie e ingranaggi. Produttori come Fanatec, Moza, Simagic e Simucube offrono da tempo sistemi di questo tipo.

La base direct drive Thrustmaster è stata presa in considerazione per la prima volta nell'agosto 2021 dopo la pubblicazione di una tabella di marcia. Nel gennaio di quest'anno, ha annunciato un nuovo sistema di sgancio rapido per sostituire i volanti, utilizzando una paletta. A marzo ha presentato quello che sembra essere un sistema con luci integrate nell'unità base.

"Ti sentiamo forte e chiaro: la prossima luce di partenza che vedrai rivelerà tutto", ha dichiarato un post sui social media Thrustmaster all'inizio di quest'anno. Ora sembra che il momento sia arrivato, con uno show sul canale Twitch di Thrustmaster, il 17 novembre 2022 alle 15:00 BST / 16:00 CEST / 7:00 PT / 10:00 ET. Commenti sul forum in italiano.

Per me han perso un po il treno....pure Logitech è arrivata(a sorpresa) prima di loro. E' che rischiano di essere veramente gli ultimi arivati in un settore che è diventato affollatissimo.
