While we might not have shared any info over the last few weeks, that doesn’t mean we’ve stopped still. Rest assured, the development team have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to fix the issues reported by our community. Here’s a rundown of what to expect in our next major update. Date TBC (but hopefully we won’t keep you waiting too long.) FEATURES: Private lobbies (more info on those coming soon) GENERAL: Crash fixes for sign in and out during a race Network message displaying issues have been resolved when disconnecting from the network on Special events Localisation fixes for the in-game ratings Improper terms used for keys displaying within the control and binds menu Performance improvements on PRO models (PS4 Pro and Xbox One X) PERIPHERALS: UI Warning screen to remind the user to update their wheel’s firmware Connection and stability fixes within many wheels Force Feedback changes for a more suited feel on console Fixes within the “Steer Linearity” options “Road Effects” now affect Force Feedback Stopped certain views being accessible with a keyboard Thanks once again for your patience and understanding. I’m here today to provide our console community with some information on what to expect in the next Assetto Corsa Competizione update. While we might have been a little quiet recently, that doesn’t mean we’ve been standing still. Behind the scenes, our developers have been working hard to bring improvements and fixes to game, which you can view below. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players can expect this update to launch later this week. We’ll let you know once we’re live. In the meantime, thank you so much for the continued show of support. GENERAL Wheel profiles updated for all brands Force feedback fine-tuned. Max steer lock changes to Logitech G923. Force feedback enabled for some additional Fanatec wheels. Headlights at night have improvements to quality. Memory crash fixed after returning to main menu from a race. Crash fixed when selecting some cars within a race. Memory crash fixed when going into a race. GAMEPLAY Added driver/team customisation for use with custom created cars. UI Real-time track overview while in the garage. Text and localisation changes for all languages. MULTIPLAYER Client: server car groups displayed in server list. AUDIO Tweaked curbs and astroturf volume in onboard cameras.
