I’ve been working on the wet road particle effects, for now you need to use your imagination and picture the roads with increased reflectivity and specular The WIP images below show the 3 elements I have added to achieve the effect. There is a micro particle effect close to the car, a spray trail left behind the wheels and the fine mist effect that almost looks smoke like.
