Dopo il successo dell'edizione della scorsa settimana, letta da oltre 1400 persone, Know Your Modder ritorna per presentarvi una nuova intervista. Questa volta scambiamo quattro chiacchiere con ethone, autore di diversi circuiti per rFactor recentemente entrato a far parte dei Virtua_LM.

Quarto numero di SRM!

E' disponibile al download il quarto numero di SimRacingMagazine, la nuova rivista italiana dedicata esclusivamente a sim-racing e dintorni. DrivingItalia.NET compie DIECI anni

Il 14 Maggio del 2003, alle 9 e 1 minuto di sera, nasceva con una prima notizia dal titolo "Bathurst per F1 2002 by SimBin", il portale di DrivingItalia.NET. Oggi quindi è il nostro Compleanno: abbiamo appena compiuto DIECI ANNI !
Un doveroso ringraziamento va quindi a tutti i miei collaboratori, che rendono possibile ogni giorno il successo di questo portale e naturalmente un immenso GRAZIE va a tutti voi che continuate a seguirci con affetto e passione.

DrivingItalia presents... Know Your Modder!

Tanti sono i simulatori in arrivo sui nostri computer nei prossimi mesi. rFactor 2 sta iniziando ad assumere una forma più definita, Assetto Corsa si è mostrato al pubblico con la sua Technology Preview, Project CARS migliora build dopo build. Noi ci siamo chiesti come poter riempire questo momento di calma prima della tempesta.
Questo è il motivo per cui DrivingItalia è lieta di presentarvi...
 

Know Your Modder è una nuova rubrica che punta a farvi conoscere alcuni dei modder più importanti della community, dando loro modo di presentarsi e di rispondere a qualche domanda che gli abbiamo posto. Nelle nostre interviste cercheremo di capire qual è il loro background, su cosa stanno lavorando e molto altro ancora.
 
Il primo modder che siamo lieti di accogliere tra le nostre pagine è feels3, autore di alcuni tra i migliori circuiti rilasciati sino ad oggi su rFactor 2.

Una simpatica intervista da leggere col sorriso. Ringrazio wwworkers.it per l'attenzione che ha voluto dedicarmi e ovviamente tutti gli appassionati di simracing che ci seguono su Drivingitalia, perchè senza di loro anche questa piccola soddisfazione non sarebbe stata possibile. Ringrazio ovviamente anche i miei collaboratori Andrea Candini e Alex Pollini, che mi aiutano e mi sopportano tutti i giorni, oltre a vecchi amici come Luca Casarotto, Marco Massarutto, Stefano Casillo, Raffaele Bocchini e tutti gli altri, senza i quali questo sito non sarebbe arrivato dove si trova. This Week Inside Sim Racing - Early March Edition

Isrtv.com presents This Week Inside Sim Racing with our new co-host by Cristy Aranguiz. This show we cover the new Tom Onslow Cole series. Our new special event the 2nd annual March on Michigan 300. We state the wrong time and date in this show. It will be on March 30th at 3:00 PM US EST. We also talk about the Asphalt Assault Series that takes place Thursday nights and is sponsored by Inside Sim Racing. Intervista a Greger Huttu

Il noto portale di videogames inglese di Gamespot ha intervistato Greger Huttu, ormai famoso e fra i più veloci piloti virtuali del pianeta. Come al solito si tratta di un articolo particolarmente interessante.

"I guess I've always been interested in cars and especially driving, not so much the mechanical side of them," says Greger. "When I was a kid I wasn't that much into motorsport, instead I used to play football and sports like that. In the early nineties I remember reading a review of the Formula One Grand Prix game by Geoff Crammond and it seemed really interesting. It was one of the most realistic racing games back then and I was pretty much hooked the first time I tried it. I really enjoyed the challenge of what was needed to drive the car well. Of course if you look back at it now, it wasn't realistic at all, but the challenge of hitting a good lap was still there."

Inside Simracing: this week in simracing

Insidesimracing.tv presents This Week Inside Sim Racing for Mid February. Once again the show has run long and was divided into 2 parts. This is part 1 and consists of a big announcement and clarification from Logitech regarding their future in the gaming market. We then look at a line up of new products from Basher Boards. This selection of products range from control boards that allow the crisss crossing of products from Logitech, Fanatec and Thrustmaster. Want to use a g27 shifter with a Fanatec wheel in Gran Turismo, well Basher makes the board for you. Part 2 is here.

Insidesimracing.tv presents This Week Inside Sim Racing Late January 2013. This is part 1 of a show that was so long we broke it into 2 parts. The first half of the show covers the "Big Five" in the PC sim racing world right now. Those sims are: RFactor 2, Project Cars, Assetto Corsa, Raceroom Experience and iRacing.
