SpoilerHere's how you install the MOD SKINS + F1L013
1 / download mod F1L013
2 / Unzip the archive. Rar - We have on our desk this: F1L013.rfmod
3 / You F1L013.rfmod place in your installation folder usual or in rfactor \ packages \

4 / we run the launcher RF2
5 / We click on "Manage Mods"

6 / we are put mouse pointer over F1L013, then right click and Install

This is your mod is correctly installed and playable.
Skins for anything complicated I assure you,

2 / we in our RF2 \ UserData \ player \ Settings \
3 / to your place. Rar archive in and right click on it, then extract here

Nothing else to do to properly install the mod + skins.
You go into the game RF2, choose your car (order of teams like the real one for redbull, 2 for Ferrari and so on ...)
once selected, you click TUNING, the showroom is loaded then VARIANTS right and you will find two skins for this team.
For the moment, The IA use the default skins. Soon as I can fix this problem you can download a free update.
