Varese, 2 Ottobre 2009 – I fans del FIA World Rally Championship potranno presto tornare al volante grazie all’annuncio del nuovo videogioco ufficiale WRC, attualmente in fase di sviluppo e previsto in uscita nel 2010. L’accordo siglato dal publisher italiano Black Bean Games, porterà WRC per la prima volta sulle piattaforme PlayStation®3, Xbox360® e PC nei mercati di tutto il mondo. Black Bean Games e il suo studio di sviluppo interno, Milestone, hanno un’eccellente esperienza contraddistinta da successi, nella realizzazione di giochi dedicati al modo dei motori, tra i quali SBK Superbike World Championship e MotoGP. Il nuovo videogame ufficiale fornirà al campionato maggiori opportunità commerciali e promozionali che contribuiranno ad accrescere l’appeal stesso di WRC su scala globale. Simon Long, CEO di ISC, dichiara: “Il videogioco ufficiale WRC coinvolgerà un nuovo pubblico di appassionati a questo sport e siamo tremendamente eccitati dall’opportunità di accrescere sia il nostro numero si sostenitori che il profilo stesso del World Rally Championship.
