MAK Corp 3D Studio
Coming to rFactor 2 and Assetto Corsa soon...

We’d like to welcome you all to our very first Dev Blog in the new era of MAK-Corp. Our new Dev Blog website is intended to provide development info and progress as we develop various vehicles, mods, personal projects and other projects we are able to show. Our aim is to become closer with the community and showcase the work we do from its beginning to its release and beyond. We hope you will enjoy this site and we welcome comments and discussions here as well.

I would like to make clear that the items we post on our Dev Blog will state if they are intended for release, if they are private or commercial works, we don’t want to confuse the community with items they may not see so we encourage you to read our articles and make sure you understand what the item being showcased is for.

Without further delay, let’s get to the first item on the agenda today. We are happy to showcase the 2013 Mercedes W04 modeled by MAK-Corp’s Lead 3D Artist for Open Wheelers Koen Calleyl. The Mercedes W04 will be a single vehicle add on for rFactor 2. Let me just point out that we are NOT developing a full 2013 grid. Right now the Mercedes W04 is the only car we have developed and are developing of the 2013 season unless our artists decide to make another. This mod will be released for FREE! Below are some clay renders of the Mercedes W04.

MAK-Corp is opening up Beta Tester positions for beta testing our mods on rF2 and AC. Beta testers will be required to test a variety of vehicle types and will be required to provide professional feedback back to our development team. Testers will need to be able to test both rF2 and AC mods and we must stress that we will note tolerate fanboyism in our group.

Beta tester applicants must be over the age of 18, will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement and must be able to provide feedback in proper English.

If you are interested, please send an email to jobs@mak-corp.com.au with your request to join, a little about yourself, your sim-racing/gaming experience and any past testing services you have provided to any mod groups and/or developers.

We will evaluate all applications and let those who we have chosen know that they are in for the next stage of their entry. Positions are limited so be sure to email asap. Applications close Sunday the 14th of December 2014 and those approved will be contacted during next week.
