Having problems downloading patches for helmets and uniforms using ryd

Hey, I'm having problems downloading patches including helmets and uniforms and I could use help in using ryder mod manager to upload them into the f1 2011 game. I keep getting a acess denied message when I download and try to put them in. I could use help in loading files into the ryder mod manager and game correctly. Any help would be appreciated, a video would be nice as well.
