VELOCIPEDE
In questo interessante articolo il team ISI ci spiega come acquisisce e poi utilizza i dati reali delle vetture per la creazione della fisica all'interno del software. How do we get shape and construction information of the car?No two real-life race cars are built exactly the same, no matter how hard they try, so the best way to ensure an accurate simulation of all cars of that type, rather than one example car that could have fundamental differences to every other, is to go straight to the designer. By building cars for the software as they were intended to be built, you actually have a more realistic example of all the race cars of that type which were built, rather than one example of its differences.... 2slow4u
Certo che decidessero di vendere (a prezzo ragionevole) tools del genere, i modders gradirebbero sicuramente...
VELOCIPEDE
da Facebook: Quick example of a car comparison method. You'll get the numbers it is based off, but for a quick glance, useful? Planning to add to car profiles, etc.The top speed and cornering, accel, decell peak G forces were generated in our physics tools. F1 example (for simple comparison) is a guestimate. The G4 will have 3 configs and the G6 will have 4, if you're wondering.
