Download Any Car on Any Track Mod

This includes all features of my Any Car on Any Track mod v3.1.
But, this mod, now adds support to Drive Any Car in the DiRT Tour.
Features:
Drive any car on any track in Single race, Split screen and the DiRT Tour with a few exceptions.
Previously unavailable track of "The Bobsleigh Run" in Norway added to Single race.
Previously unavailable option of Joyride in DC (Battersea) Compound to Single race.
Choose any car for Joyride in the DC Compound.
All layouts are also available such as Parking Lot, Depot, Waterfront, All Areas, etc.
Added Rally, Trailblazer and Head2Head tracks in the RallyX mode including their respective weather effects and able to choose no. of laps on H2H tracks in Single race.
All the cars start at the same time on these tracks in RallyX mode.
New Vehicle class added, "Any". Choosing this class makes the AI to choose their vehicles randomly from all classes.
All Car classes are not available in DC Challenges as enabling it resulted in small glitches with the AI and gameplay.
All Car classes are not available for the DC Battersea Compound (in the DiRT Tour), since it uses special settings which don't allow us to choose it but you can use Any Car in the DC Compound in Single Race Joyride/Splitscreen
Added (previously unavailable) Weather effects in:
The DC Compound: Morning, Wet and Rain.
Bobsleigh Run, Norway: Morning, Evening, Snow and Night. (new)
Head-2-Head Tracks in Aspen: Morning and Night. (new)
Head-2-Head Tracks in Monaco: Morning. (new)
Notes:
It seems the edited database won't work online, but be sure to comment on it.This won't harm your account/save game in anyway.
I made another file since some people may not like All car classes in DiRT Tour, but instead want only in Single Race/Split screen.
For the people who want this only in Single Race/Splitscreen mode can download this -> Any Car on Any Track mod v3.1
Install:
Backup the database.bin file from "<DiRT3 installation directory>/database".
Overwrite it with the one in this file.
I have provided the original database too in case you forgot to backup.
